My business was set up in 2008 after several years of re-training and on the job training whilst finishing a 24 year career in the Royal Air Force. I mainly work alone but have a small trusted team of various tradesmen which I employ when required. When starting any new job it is very important for me to establish exactly what the job requirements are and the customers expectations of me. This is achieved through discussion and written quotes detailing the how, when, why and most importantly costs. I have built up a good customer base and have great feed back to back up these claims.
