Good question, if you look it up it may say something along the lines of :
The discipline of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria. However, for me it would mean the planning, building, co-ordination of the various trades persons required and the completion of your project, within a budget and time frame. Everything we all do is to some extent project managed so I am sure if you need a project managing we can work out the finer details you need for the project in mind. |
